Rentals

Host a wedding, family celebration, shower, meeting, or gathering in a setting with more than a century of Abilene history. Tell us about your occasion, preferred date, guest count, and the spaces you would like to use. We will discuss availability and the rental agreement with you.

Cost Breakdown 

• Rental: $125 per hour.

• Refundable deposit: $250, required to reserve and confirm a date.

• Cleaning fee: $100.

• Payment: 50% due 30 days before the event; the balance is due one week before.

• Member discounts vary by membership level. Ask us which benefit applies to your rental.
